Tulip is a 6-month-old brindle beauty weighing in at a petite 14 pounds but has a personality that fills the whole room. She is the definition of playful—her tail is always wagging, she gives the cutest little kisses and she’s never met a human or a dog she didn’t love instantly, making her a total social butterfly.
