Introducing Jasper! This 8-week-old, 10-pound hound mix has already perfected the art of stealing hearts. He’s playful, curious, and full of classic puppy energy—right up until he crashes for one of his many naps (and yes, at least 9 out of 10 are spent snuggled in your lap). He’s got an adorable head tilt that comes out every time you whistle, a talent for tracking down the squeaker in any toy, and a sweet habit of bringing you your shoes like he’s helping you get ready for the day. Out on walks, he’s a total show-stopper thanks to his trademark brown-spotted ears that turn heads wherever he goes. This little guy loves meeting new people, thrives on playtime, and is eager to learn. With the right training, consistency, and love, he has all the makings of an incredible lifelong companion. Equal parts cuddle bug and playful explorer—he’s everything you want in a puppy and then some. He was found on the side of the road at less than a week old with his 11 other siblings and mother. They were in need of saving and our wonder shelter staff took them in and showed them what love truly feels like!
Jasper is neutered, microchipped, and by the time he comes to the East Coast, he will be up to date on his vaccinations.
